Hello Friends:

The weather is finally getting cooler. Do you know what that means? Yes, the holiday season is fast approaching! ...Well, it also means Cycling season is fast approaching! I have signed up to ride the BP MS 150 from Houston to Austin in April. I will be riding 150miles benefiting the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation...but only with your help. Please check out my website. Any amount donated is appreciated! (just think...a couple of clicks to follow a link is so much more convinient than wrapping a present for me!) *wink :)

Houston Community: After 3 1/2 Years...The Red Light Cameras are Deactivated!!!

Attn Alief Alumni Community:

After being rejected by voters in a referendum Nov. 2,Houston's red light cameras are officially turned off. But ofcourse since this was a cash cow, both, for the city of Houston, and the contract company that installed the infrastructure around our neighborhoods, there is still more controversy surrounding the exit strategy.
